As I attempted to execute your solution but nothing is resolved.

This issue has not been resolved for over 30 days.

There is nothing I can do to work this out since the issue was not caused by me.
The only option I have here in this situation is to get your help. However days have been passing by without your action. It's been over 30 days now.
