We asked Japan Post to inspect the delivery of your item on the next day of January 5th when we contacted you about history of delivery of item. But we have not received report of the inspection from Germany yet. We will go to Japan Post tomorrow and ask about how it is inspected.

We are terribly sorry for late of planned arrival date.
We have been asking for Japan Post for making sure the history of shipping for you, a day after 5th January.
However no additional information didn't come yet at the moment from Germany.
I will go to Japan Post tomorrow once again for updating the information.
