先日注文した商品が届きました。

到着してすぐに商品を確認したのですが、片側のマグネットがくっつきません。
磁力がなくなっているのかもしれません。
片方はきちんとくっつきます。

少しの不良なら引き取りたいのですが、さすがにこの商品を引き取るのは難しいです。

I've confirmed right after the products has arrived, but the magnet on one side is not working.
The magnetic force might have already been depleted.
The other side is working well.
I've already attached the photos, so please confirm it.

I would accept products with minor defects, however in this case, it's very hard to accept such a product.
