先日注文した商品が届きました。
オーダー番号は○○です。
到着してすぐに商品を確認したのですが、片側のマグネットがくっつきません。
磁力がなくなっているのかもしれません。
片方はきちんとくっつきます。
写真を添付しますので、ご確認ください。
少しの不良なら引き取りたいのですが、さすがにこの商品を引き取るのは難しいです。
返品したいのですが、どのようにすればよいでしょうか？
また関税などは返金されますか？

I received the item which I ordered the other day.
Order number is OO.
When it arrived, I checked the item immediately but at one side, the magnet doesn't stick.
This magnet may have lost its magnetism.
The other side is fine.

If it is a minor fault, I wouldn't mind but I cannot accept the item this time.
I wish to return this back to you. Would you tell me how to do it, please?
Will I be able to also get the refund for the tax as well?
