注文書に記載の納期は1月ではなく3月の間違いです。
注文書の社内手続きが既に完了していますので、再発行をするのではなく、この注文書で進めていただきたいです。
納期につきましては、出荷の準備が出来次第送っていただければ問題ありません。
また、それぞれの出荷分ごとに支払いをするので、2回に分けて請求していただいて大丈夫です。

Regarding the delivery time, we are fine that you would ship the items once you are ready to make shipment.

The delivery date indicated in the order sheet is wring and should have been March instead of January.
Since the internal procedure has already been completed we would like you to accept it instead of reissue.
Regarding the delivery date, there is no problem if you ship it as soon as you have prepared to ship.

The delivery period listed in invoice is not January but March. It is a mistake.
As arrangement of the invoice in the company has already been completed, I ask you not to reissue it but proceed by using this invoice.
