You reworked by applying spackle on crack of the problematic item and peeled off the seal on the bottom and changed LAP registration application form to another to hide that this one is the same item. If you can read Japanese, difference of new and old LAP registration application form for Japan is obvious. Also about this item, I could easily found the rework. Did you see the attachment picture I had just sent? It is no way you as a professional missed this since I as an amateur can see it right away. I can not help to think that you knew it when you shipped it.
