問題のあった商品のヒビ部に補修剤を塗って修理して、同じ商品だとわからないように底部のシールを剥がし、LAP登録申込書も他のものと変えたのでしょう。日本向けのLAP登録申込書は日本語が読めれば、新作用か旧作用かすぐわかりますよ。今回の商品に関しても補修してあるのが一目見てすぐわかりました。先ほどのメールに添付した写真をみましたか？素人である私がすぐわかるのに、プロであるあなた方が見落とすはずはないですよね。商品の出荷時に知ってて送ったとしか思えません。
I assume that you repaired the damaged item with glue, peeled the sticker on the bottom, and replaced LAP registration form with others, so that I would not notice that it was the same item. I can easily tell the Japanese LAP registration form is for new one or old one as I can read Japanese. I figured out this repaired spot immediately on this item. Did you see the picture I attached on last email? Such obvious mark, so obvious that inexperienced person like me can notice, cannot be overlooked by professional person liked you. It is not hard to believe that you knew about it when you shipped the item.
