問題のあった商品のヒビ部に補修剤を塗って修理して、同じ商品だとわからないように底部のシールを剥がし、LAP登録申込書も他のものと変えたのでしょう。日本向けのLAP登録申込書は日本語が読めれば、新作用か旧作用かすぐわかりますよ。今回の商品に関しても補修してあるのが一目見てすぐわかりました。先ほどのメールに添付した写真をみましたか？素人である私がすぐわかるのに、プロであるあなた方が見落とすはずはないですよね。商品の出荷時に知ってて送ったとしか思えません。
You reworked by applying spackle on crack of the problematic item and peeled off the seal on the bottom and changed LAP registration application form to another to hide that this one is the same item. If you can read Japanese, difference of new and old LAP registration application form for Japan is obvious. Also about this item, I could easily found the rework. Did you see the attachment picture I had just sent? It is no way you as a professional missed this since I as an amateur can see it right away. I can not help to think that you knew it when you shipped it.
