貴店が正規代理店であるかどうかが問題ではないのです。貴店が取り扱っている商品に問題があるのではないかと聞いているのです。貴店は他店に比べ発送がとても早くて助かっています。できれば、今後も購入したいと考えていますが、前回や今回と同じような商品を送られてきては困るのです。今後の対応を聞かせてください。

The question is, are you really a certified distributor? I am asking you whether there is an issue with the products that you sell. Your shop is much faster at delivery than any of the others and that is really helpful to me. I would still like to continue making purchases from you but I would not be happy if you keep sending me items as the last two times. Please let me know how you are going to handle this in future.
