故障の調査請求を確認しているのですが、郵便局からの返答が未だないため明日確認します。
アクションが遅くなり申し訳ございません。
セラーのリターンリクエストを承認してラベルを送りたいのですが、返金ボタンしかなくなってしまっています。決して安い商品ではないため、商品の返送もないままに全額返金するのは私としても苦しいです。
どうすれば返送用ラベルを送れるのでしょうか。
