弊社に届いたら私がmultimeterでテストしてみます。
おそらく何らかのパーツ交換が必要になると思います。
このERは使用開始から1ヶ月以内に不具合が発生しました。
もしも御社の修理工場に送ることが必要になった場合
日本への返送送料は御社負担ですよね？

After we receive it, I will test by multimeter.
We will probably have to exchange some parts.
A problem occurred at this ER within 1 month after starting to use.
If we have to send it to your factory for repair, would you pay for the shipping charge

The broken ER is still at the end of the customer.
I will test it with a multimeter when I receive it.
I believe some sort of part replacement shall be required.
A malfunction has occurred with this ER within less than one month from the start of use.
If the item were to be shipped to your repair factory, the shipping expense would be covered at your end, correct?
