故障したERはまだ顧客の手元にあります。
弊社に届いたら私がmultimeterでテストしてみます。
おそらく何らかのパーツ交換が必要になると思います。
このERは使用開始から1ヶ月以内に不具合が発生しました。
もしも御社の修理工場に送ることが必要になった場合
日本への返送送料は御社負担ですよね？
