該当のご注文を調査させて頂きました所、発送伝票の控えと、日本国内での履歴は確認できるのですが、
アメリカ国内を輸送中に何らかの理由で追跡番号が削除されてしまっており、追跡が出来ない状態です。
USPS に代わりご迷惑をお掛けしておりますことを、お詫び申し上げます。
USPS には調査請求をさせて頂いておりますが、いずれに致しましても商品を再発送させて頂きたいと考えております。

Having researched this order, we found its delivery slip and domestic records, but the tracking number has been deleted for some unknown reason while it was in the USA, making it currently unable to track the order.
We apologise on behalf of USPS for this inconvenience.
We are requesting USPS to investigate further regarding this matter, but we would like to deliver the products again in any case.
After investigating the related order, copy of packing slip, confirming the history in Japan is possible but now it cannot be tracked because the tracking number has been removed for some reasons during shipping to US.
So, We are very sorry for any inconvenience due to using USPS.
We have sent the claim to USPS and we are thinking of re-shipping the item in any case.
