Order, Cancellation and Return Policies (Important - please review this section carefully)
Due to the collectible nature of some of the products we sell, we cannot guarantee availability of items, exact ship dates, action figure
assortment breakdowns, packaging or product variations, or exact quantities available to sell. We reserve the right to limit quantities sold.
We reserve the right to refuse any sale. Product specifications, prices and ship dates are subject to change and availability without notice.
Buyer consents to all products having an indefinite ship date extension beyond the original estimated ship date. Orders may not be modified

我々が販売する商品の中には収集が困難な物もございますので、商品の取り寄せ、発送日の特定、アクションフィギアのセットの内訳、こん包、商品のばらつき、販売できる数量などを保証することができないことがございます。私どもは、販売商品の数量を限定する権利、販売を拒否する権利を所有しています。商品の仕様、価格、発送日などをお知らせ無しで変更することがございます。また、商品の取り寄せができなくなる場合もございます。
購入者は、全ての商品に対し、発送推定日を大幅に超える限定されない発送日に発送される事に同意します。数量の変更、またはキャンセル商品でない限り、注文の変更はしません。

私達の販売するいくつかの自然製品の支払いについて、、商品入手の正確な可能性、正確な出荷日、アクションフィギュアの組み合わせの故障、梱包または製品の変化、または正確な販売可能数量は保証出来ません。
私達にはどのような販売も拒否する権利があります。製品仕様、価格と出荷日は変更の可能性があり、予告無しで行うことが出来ます。
購入者はすべての製品の最初の見積りの出荷日を過ぎて遅れる不確定な出荷日に同意します。

other than to change quantities or cancel items. Cancelled or changed orders are subject to a 15% processing fee. Returns will not be
accepted. While all action figures and collectibles are inspected for quality prior to shipment, the Entertainment Earth Mint Condition
Guarantee does NOT apply to EE Distribution orders. Claims for packaging dents and dings will not be accepted. Claims for damaged items
must be submitted within 14 days of the ship date. Claims for defective merchandise must be submitted within 60 days of receipt.
Merchandise is shipped F.O.B. from Simi Valley, California.
Payment for merchandise must be made when orders are in stock and ready for shipment, via Visa, MasterCard, American Express,
GuaranteeはEE Distribution の注文にあてはまりません。梱包の凹みや傷のクレームは受け付けません。損害を受けた商品のクレーム請求は配送日より14日以内まで受け付けます。欠陥品の場合は商品到着後60日以内にまで受け付けます。
商品はカルフォルニアにセミバレーよりF.O.B.（本船積込渡し）で出荷されます。
商品の支払いは、注文品の在庫があり配送の準備が出来次第、Visa、MasterCard、American Expressによりお支払いください。
ご注文のキャンセルや変更は、15%の処理手料の対象となります。
払い戻しは、受け入れられません。
すべてのアクションフィギュアと収集品が、出荷前に品質を詳しく調べられる一方、エンターテイメント・アース新品同様保証は、EEディストリビューションの注文には適用されません。
包装のへこみやくぼみへのクレームは、受け付けられません。
損害を受けた商品のクレームは、出荷日の14日以内に提出されなければなりません。
欠陥商品のクレーム求は、レシートの日付から60日以内に提出されなければなりません。
商品は、シミバレー（カリフォルニア）から出荷されたF.O.B.です。
ご注文に在庫があって出荷の準備ができているとき、商品に対する支払いは、ビザ、マスターカード、アメリカン・エキスプレスでなされなければなりません
Discover, JCB, Money Order, or a Bank Money Transfer in U.S. Funds only. Orders paid via Money Order or Bank Money Transfer
(check with your bank regarding any fees for this service) must be paid in full and payment must be received within 7 days after the
order has been placed, regardless of whether the product is in stock, back-ordered or pre-ordered.
You will be notified via e-mail or telephone if your credit card has declined. We will hold your order and attempt to charge your
authorized credit card on the 7th day. If your credit/debit card still declines on the 7th day, your order will be cancelled and you will be
assessed a 15% cancellation fee.
クレジットカードが拒否された場合はe-mailか電話で連絡が入ります。お客様の注文は保存され7日後に再度カードでの引き落としを行います。7日後、お客様のクレジットカードまたはデビットカードが再び拒否された場合はお客様の注文はキャンセルされ、15%のキャンセル料が課せられます。
郵便為替または銀行振替（このサービスに対する手数料に関しては、すべてお客様の銀行でご確認ください）を通して支払われる注文は、完済されなければなりません、そして、製品が在庫があるか、繰り越し注文中か、予約されているか否かを問わず、ご注文後、支払いは7日以内に受け取らればなりません。
お客様のクレジットカードが拒否される場合、電子メールまたは電話によって通知致します。
弊社はお客様のご注文を保留して、7日目にお客様の認可されたクレジットカードに請求させて頂きます。
お客様のクレジット/デビット・カードが7日目にまだ拒否されるならば、ご注文はキャンセルされ、15%のキャンセル料が課金されます。

The information contained in this EE Distribution Agreement, along with the information contained on the EE Distribution website (including
pricing information) and all written and verbal communications with you is confidential and may not be shared with any other party unless
express written consent is given by an officer of Entertainment Earth, Inc. All confidential information will remain EE Distribution’s exclusive
property, and EE Distribution’s disclosure of confidential information will not constitute an express or implied grant to you of any rights to EE
Anticipated Monthly Purchases
お客様はどのようにして弊社についてお聞きになりましたか？
この情報は、Eディストリビューション・ウェブサイト（価格設定情報を含む）とすべての書面および言葉の相互通信上の情報と共に、このEEディストリビューション契約に含まれており、書面の明示的同意がエンターテイメント・アース社の役員によって与えられない限り、極秘であり、他のどの団体とも共有されないものです。
すべての機密情報はEEディストリビューション独占的な所有物のままであり、機密情報のEEディストリビューション開示は、EEに対するいかなる権利に関する明示または黙示のお客様への補助金を構成しません。

Distribution’s or Entertainment Earth’s copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks, pricing information, or other intellectual property.
I understand that EE Distribution may modify the policies listed in this agreement at any time. I hereby certify that the information provided on
pages 1 and 2 of the EE Distribution application is true and correct. My signature also indicates that I have read pages 1 and 2 of the
application, fully understand, and expressly acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of sale of EE Distribution.
