A研修は2014年に開始しましたが、2016年に研修内容を見直しし、そのまま現在まで実施しています。リーダシップ1は課長クラス、リーダシップ2は部長クラスが受講しています。
2020年にコンテンツを変更予定でしたが、コストが原因で変更せず、そのまま継続しています。(2021年度は内容見直しの指示が人事部長から出たため新規の開催は中止です)

A training started in 2014, and reviewed the details of the training in 2015. After that, it has been continuing until now.
Section manager is taking a class of leadership 1 and department manager is taking a class of leadership 2.
We were going to change the details of the contents in 2020, but has not changed it by reason of cost. It has been continuing. (As manager of personnel told us to review the details in 2021, we stopped holding the new one.)

The content was scheduled to be changed in 2020, but due to cost reasons, it was not changed and has been continued as is. (In 2021, the HR manager instructed us to review the content, so new sessions will not be held.)

The A course started in 2014, it has been continued until now with some revisions made in 2016. "Leadership 1" is for section managers and "Leadership 2" is for managers. We were supposed to amend the contents in 2020, but it has been continued as it is because of the cost issues. In 2021, the direction of revision from the manager of the personal section was requested, therefore, the courses are cancelled.
