A研修は2014年に開始しましたが、2016年に研修内容を見直しし、そのまま現在まで実施しています。リーダシップ１は課長クラス、リーダシップ２は部長クラスが受講しています。
2020年にコンテンツを変更予定でしたが、コストが原因で変更せず、そのまま継続しています。(2021年度は内容見直しの指示が人事部長から出たため新規の開催は中止です)

I have attached the documents you requested.
Training A has started in 2014, but we reviewed the training contents in 2016 and has been implemented it until now. Leadership 1 is for section chiefs, Leadership 2 is for general managers.
We would change scheduled the contents in 2020, but due to the cost reasons, it has been continued as is. (In 2021, the HR manager instructed us to review the contents, so new sessions will not be held.)
