A研修は2014年に開始しましたが、2016年に研修内容を見直しし、そのまま現在まで実施しています。リーダシップ１は課長クラス、リーダシップ２は部長クラスが受講しています。
2020年にコンテンツを変更予定でしたが、コストが原因で変更せず、そのまま継続しています。(2021年度は内容見直しの指示が人事部長から出たため新規の開催は中止です)
