①:関係各位に確認した所、寮側の手違いでSさんに食事を運べていなかった事が判明しました。本件Sさんにお詫びします。会社から寮に対し再発防止の注意をしました。

③:ルール変更はありません
Sさんはこのような状況でも、リーダーの役目を責任感もって務めたと我々は思っています
