3月2日の20:29~21:00に、JB chamber内で発生した、温度異常警報のトラブルについて、社内の技術部門にて原因の分析と調査を行いました。トラブル原因と対策について、弊社としての見解を下記にまとめました。
主な原因はtwo way valveが損傷し、動作に不具合が発生し（バルブon-offの調整が出来ない）、chamberの室温が変動したと思われる。
具体的には、two way valveのモーターが損傷した可能性があると思われる。

Concerning the trouble of abnormal temperature alarm which has occurred within JB chamber between 20:29- 21:00 on March 2, an analysis and an investigation for the cause took place by the internal technical department. The below summary shows our understanding about the cause and measures for the trouble.
The major cause was believed to be the damage of two way valve, performance malfunction occurred (on-off adjustment of the valve is not available), the room temperature of the chamber has changed.

送って頂いた写真を見るとﾓｰﾀｰにabrasion powderが付着しているが、動作過多によることが原因であると思われる。
異音・発熱もしていると報告があるので、ギア内部が損傷している可能性が高い。
正確な原因調査をするには一度弊社に送って頂き、弊社からメーカーに送って、調査する必要がある。その場合の費用は御社負担となる。
現状は通常動作をしているが、再発する可能性があるので、早急にtwo way valveを交換し、再度水温調整する必要がある。
