3月2日の20:29~21:00に、JB chamber内で発生した、温度異常警報のトラブルについて、社内の技術部門にて原因の分析と調査を行いました。トラブル原因と対策について、弊社としての見解を下記にまとめました。
主な原因はtwo way valveが損傷し、動作に不具合が発生し（バルブon-offの調整が出来ない）、chamberの室温が変動したと思われる。
具体的には、two way valveのモーターが損傷した可能性があると思われる。

The main cause seems to be damage to two way valve, malfunctioning operation (valve on-off cannot be adjusted), and chamber room temperature fluctuating.
