何の書類を提出しなければならないか、いまいちよくわからないので、

最終図書の承認をしていただかないと最後のお支払い（10％）をいただけないと
思いますが、かなり月日がたっているのでこれ以上長引くようであれば
請求させていただきたいと考えております。
承認作業を円滑に進めるためのアイデアがあれば教えて下さい。

I think you may not make a final payment (10%) unless you approve the final drawing, but I would like to claim for your payment if it would take longer.

Although without the last library's acceptance, the last payment for (10%) cannot be paid, as it has been a long before, if it goes on like this, we would like to ask for the payment.

I think that if final book is not authorized, the last payment will not be made (10 percent). But as it took a very long time, I will charge it if I have to wait from now again.
