Dear Hannah,
I've paid for fines twice since the start of this year.
The total is 7,700 pound sterling.
And today the third fine just came in.
What fine is this for?
My sales is low, and since the C79 form wasn't delivered
there's a lot of things that I can't get a duty drawback on the import VAT.
It's hard to keep paying just as HMRC told me to.
I'm thinking of removing my VAT registration.
How much will it cost if I were to do that?

And I received a request to pay another fine today.

As my sales are small, I have not received refunds of import VAT many times due to the lack of C79.
Keeping paying as requested by HMRC is tough for me.
I am also considering cancelling the VAT registration.
How much will the cancellation fee cost?
