Hello Hannah,

I have paid fines twice this year.
The total amount is £7,700.
And I received a request to pay another fine today.
What is this fine for?
As my sales are small, I have not received refunds of import VAT many times due to the lack of C79.
Keeping paying as requested by HMRC is tough for me.
I am also considering cancelling the VAT registration.
How much will the cancellation fee cost?
