The transportation of items by Parcelforce has been behind schedule in this month. 5 to 7 more days are taken to be transported.
While we cannot see when it will be returned to the normal situation, it is difficult for us to accept the raise of shipping charge you notified us a few days ago and number of days required currenntly.
We want to switch to the system where we arrange courie via parcelforce for a while. Would you accept it?
May we ask you to arrange in place of me by using the account of the parcelforce we opened as soon as the preparation of the shipment of the item is made?

After entering to this month, Parcelforce's package shipping is delayed, and it is taking 5-7 days more than usual.
While being normalization is not clear, as for the rising the shipping cost given the other say, it would be hard for us to accept the current shipping days.

With no prospect of returning to normal it is difficult for us to accept the increased shipping rate given the current time frame.
