この度、私が販売した新品の商品が中古の疑いがあるとクレームが来ていると聞きました。

私が新品として販売している商品は全て新品です。

商品が手元に無いので、詳細はわかりませんが、外箱に擦り傷や、へこみ等、ダメージがあり、中古商品だと言うクレームが入った可能性があるのではと思っております。
