この度、私が販売した新品の商品が中古の疑いがあるとクレームが来ていると聞きました。

私が新品として販売している商品は全て新品です。

商品が手元に無いので、詳細はわかりませんが、外箱に擦り傷や、へこみ等、ダメージがあり、中古商品だと言うクレームが入った可能性があるのではと思っております。

I heard that someone filed a formal complaint that a new item I sold could be used.
All the items I sell as brand new are genuinely new.
Although I do not know the details since the item is not with me, I am assuming that the complaint was due to a possible scratch dent or damage on the external package which ended up as being determined as used.
