12回の注文で、3回のミスはさすがに多すぎです。
しかも今回は、注文書の記載内容まで間違えています。
返金対応は希望しません。
もう一度、別の商品を注文しますので、
その注文商品に不足の２点を同梱して発送してもらえますか？

I received my ordered items, but a part is missing.
The 2 missing items are as follows.

3 mistakes in only 12 orders is indeed a bit too much to take.
What’s more - the description on the order sheet 'was also wrong this time.
I do not want a refund.
I will order another item, so can you please ensure that you ship the above 2 missing items with my new order?
