I apologize for placing an inconvenience to the buyer but can you change the negative feedback for me? I waited for a reply and sent a message to show good faith but there was no reply at all. When I asked for advice from the special ebay sellers that I know they said that the content can be deleted from the ebay side because this case is outside the seller's responsibility. If there is no reply from the other party, request to change feedback will probably be ignored or will be futile therefore I was advised that it's better to tell ebay and request for the feedback to be removed. Hoping for your kind response.

Would you apologize to buyer for the inconvenience, and change the negative feedback? I sent a message by showing good faith by "I am looking forward to hearing from you". But I have not heard from yet. I consulted with special seller of eBay I know. He said that eBay can cancel it since it is not a responsibility of the seller. I was advised to tell eBay and request cancellation since feedback will be ignored and ineffective even if I request change of the feedback in case where I do not receive a reply. As I will apology to the inconvenience for buyer however may I ask you to alter the negative feedback to positive one, please. I asked to change it accordingly however unfortunately I couldn't have any reply yet.
As I consulted the issue for my acquainted ebay special seller, it says it can withdraw at ebay side because it is out of responsibility for seller. Unless there's reply from the seller to ask changing the status and ignored, it will be no use for this situation, I was advised that it is better asking to remove to ebay.

商品を書留便で発送しましたがバイヤー不在だったため、1週間後に郵便局に商品を受け取りに行ったようです。その際郵便局で45分待たされたことが理由でネガテイブフィードバックをつけられました。(私の人生で45分は郵便局に行き、注文を受け付けるのを待っていて無駄にしました)
