バイヤーにはご不便をおかけしたことのお詫びをし、ネガティブフィードバックを変更して頂けないでしょうか? 返信お待ちしておりますと誠意を示しメッセージを送りましたが、返信全くありません。知り合いのebay特別セラーの方に相談したら、この場合はセラーの責任範囲外なのでebay側で取り消してもらえる内容とのこと。相手から返信がない場合はフィードバック変更要請してもおそらく無視され無駄になるので、ebayに伝えて削除要請した方がよいとのアドバイスを受けましたので宜しくお願いします。

I apologize for placing an inconvenience to the buyer but can you change the negative feedback for me? I waited for a reply and sent a message to show good faith but there was no reply at all. When I asked for advice from the special ebay sellers that I know they said that the content can be deleted from the ebay side because this case is outside the seller's responsibility. If there is no reply from the other party, request to change feedback will probably be ignored or will be futile therefore I was advised that it's better to tell ebay and request for the feedback to be removed.
