I purchased 2 kinds of LP in Discogs.
One of them are quite different from goods explanation.
Therefore, I discussed with the seller.
We promised that I would send goods back and seller would refund the goods price (£44) and shipping charge related to sending back (£14).
I sent goods back on Jan. 19th.
The goods reached inward office of exchange in Curitiba, Brazil on Jan. 30th but they haven't done any action even if more than 1 month passed.

One of two LPs that I purchased in Discogs were obviously different from the product description, so I talked with the seller. We decided that I returned the product and the seller refunded £44 as the product amount and £14 as the returning cost. I returned the product on January 19. The package arrived at inward office of exchange of CURITIA, Brazil, on January 30. However, there has been no reaction from them although it has been more than one month since then.

One of those two LPs I bought via Discogs turned out to be clearly different from the product description, so I had a discussion with the seller. It has been determined that I will return the item and the seller is to repay £44 merchandise fee and £14 return shipping. As I do not understand Portuguese, I have asked a seller to check the item several times. But I have not heard from him yet.
I am sure that I returned LP to address the seller designated. As for listing details of the item, I listed that it is a returned item and not for business. If the seller has not received the item yet, I am not responsible for it.
I request refund of 58 pounds (total of 44 and 14) that was promised in the beginning.

Because I cannot speak Portuguese, I asked the seller to check the goods situation many times.
However, I cannot get any answer.
I surely sent LP back to the address which seller assigned.
I wrote what it was sent back goods and what it was non-commercial goods for the reference clearly.
Even if seller haven't received goods, it is not my fault.
As our promise, I ask seller to refund £58 (£44 plus £14).

As I don't speak Portuguese, I had requested the seller to confirm the status of the luggage but no response.
I have certainly shipped back the LP to the designated address by the seller. As for the product description, it says the item is a returned item and not for sale. If the seller had not received the luggage, it is not of my responsibility.
As per promised initially, I demand a refund of £58 which is a total of £44 and £14.
