決算の件ですが、通訳から聞いた話では
①e-statementの書面の写真を貴方に送り、決算んの手数料を貴方払えば、貴方が決算してそれを役所に届けて終わり言うことだったのですが、間違いはないですか?
（銀行から発行されたe-statementはあなたに送らなくて大丈夫でしょうか?）

① Although it will be completed to submit at the city office after sending you photos of e-statement paper and paying you charges of the settlement and then you settle it, is it correct?
(Is it all right not to send e-statement issued by the bank to you?)

According to my translator with regard to the settlement of accounts:
(1) Everything will be done once I send the picture of the e-statement, pay for the fee for the settlement of accounts to you, then you will settle and report the accounts to the city hall, is this correct?
(Are you sure it is okay if I do not send you the e-statement issued by the bank?)
I will be in Hong Kong on Nov. 2.

② The due date for the settlement is about 4 November though, can it be in time for it?
When I asked the interpreter early in November, he/she said it would be in time for the first round but what he/she told recently, it would take about 2 months, which is a right thing?
③ What will happen if it cannot be submitted on 4 November the government requires?

First time the translator at the beginning of November, I was told we would, but from what I heard recently it would take about 2 months or so.
Which is true?
(3) What would happen in case we failed to submit no later than Nov. 4 as requested by the government?
