11月2日に香港に行きます。
決算の件ですが、通訳から聞いた話では
①e-statementの書面の写真を貴方に送り、決算んの手数料を貴方払えば、貴方が決算してそれを役所に届けて終わり言うことだったのですが、間違いはないですか?
（銀行から発行されたe-statementはあなたに送らなくて大丈夫でしょうか?）

According to my translator with regard to the settlement of accounts:
(1) Everything will be done once I send the picture of the e-statement, pay for the fee for the settlement of accounts to you, then you will settle and report the accounts to the city hall, is this correct?
(Are you sure it is okay if I do not send you the e-statement issued by the bank?)
