決算の件ですが、通訳から聞いた話では
①e-statementの書面の写真を貴方に送り、決算んの手数料を貴方払えば、貴方が決算してそれを役所に届けて終わり言うことだったのですが、間違いはないですか?
（銀行から発行されたe-statementはあなたに送らなくて大丈夫でしょうか?）

① Although it will be completed to submit at the city office after sending you photos of e-statement paper and paying you charges of the settlement and then you settle it, is it correct?
(Is it all right not to send e-statement issued by the bank to you?)
②決算の締め日は11月4日位ですが、
間に合うのですか?
11月の初旬通訳に聞いた時1回目は
間に合う、最近聞いた話では2ヶ月ほど時間がかかってしまうとの事ですがどちらが本当なのでしょうか?
③もし政府の要求する11月4日までに提出できない場合はどうなるのですか?
教えていただけますか?

② The due date for the settlement is about 4 November though, can it be in time for it?
When I asked the interpreter early in November, he/she said it would be in time for the first round but what he/she told recently, it would take about 2 months, which is a right thing?
③ What will happen if it cannot be submitted on 4 November the government requires?
