弊社では、受電用基幹システムを自社開発しており、業務により取得される（エージェントが入力）情報は、複数のデータテーブルに分割した状態で保存されます。また、データベースに保存されたデータは、自社開発の専用システムからのみ参照できる状態となるため、保存されてえるデータを直接参照することはできない仕組みです。
システムの暗号化についてはエージェントが利用する端末とCRMシステム間はSSL通信により暗号化を行っています。

Also data reserved into the database can be referred to only by the dedicated system we developed, so the reserved data can not be referred to directly.
