弊社では、受電用基幹システムを自社開発しており、業務により取得される（エージェントが入力）情報は、複数のデータテーブルに分割した状態で保存されます。また、データベースに保存されたデータは、自社開発の専用システムからのみ参照できる状態となるため、保存されてえるデータを直接参照することはできない仕組みです。
システムの暗号化についてはエージェントが利用する端末とCRMシステム間はSSL通信により暗号化を行っています。

Our company is developing mission-critical system for receiving electricity by ourselves and information which is obtained on business (agents enter) is reserved into a number of data tables as seperated data. Also data reserved into the database can be referred to only by the dedicated system we developed, so the reserved data can not be referred to directly.
Regarding encryption of the system, it is achieved using SSL connection between terminals agents use and CRM system.
