FedExからあなた宛てにメールが届くのでピックアップ日時を選択してほしいです。
私の方でAWBillとコマーシャルインボイスと原産地証明書を用意してあなたにメールでお送りしますので、それらを印刷してFedExピックアップドライバーに渡してほしいです。
上記対応でよろしいでしょうか？

I appreciate your continued careful support.
You cannot hand a copy of BOL to the FedEx driver.
As you will receive an e-mail from FedEx, I would like you to choose the date for picking up.
I will prepare the AW Bill, commercial invoice and the certificate of origin and will send them to you by e-mail. Please print them out and hand them to the FedEx driver who calls you for picking up.
Would the process mentioned above work for you?
