As Tim pointed out it seems that I have 2000 dollas in late payments of the water bill.
So far I have not received any notice like that so I don't really know the situation but I think it must be paid.
However, as you know, i live in Japan and am far away from the workings of public utilities expenses over there, so I have absolutely no idea what should be done so can't you do the procedure for me?
I'm really sorry for the bother but it would be great if you would consider it.

As Tim mentioned, it looks like I had an unsettle water bill for $2,000.
I never got such a notification and not really sure what was going on but I am thinking that I would need to pay the bill.
However, as you know, I live in Japan and I am not sure how water billing system works and what I need to do. Would it possible for you to pay for the bill (I will pay you the amount).
