As Tim mentioned, it looks like I had an unsettle water bill for $2,000.
I never got such a notification and not really sure what was going on but I am thinking that I would need to pay the bill.
However, as you know, I live in Japan and I am not sure how water billing system works and what I need to do. Would it possible for you to pay for the bill (I will pay you the amount).
I am so sorry for troubling you but it would appreciate it if you could help me.
