As Tim-san has pointed out, I seem to have ＄2000 of unpaid water bill.
I have never received any notification and am not sure of the situation, but I guess I have to pay it.
However, as you know, I live in Japan and am not familiar on how to make utility payments, and have no idea on what to do. Would it be possible for you to act on my behalf?
