発注した合計金額を変更しないので、発注した商品の明細を変更させて頂きませんか。
現在、売り上げが落ちて、商品代金を支払う資金繰りが、悪くなっているからです。
支払いを４回に分けた発注書に修正してもよろしいでしょうか。
納品数が多く発注金額が多いので、すべての商品を一回で支払う事が難しいです。
現在 生産完了して出荷できる商品はありませんか。出荷できる商品は、今ならすぐ支払いができるそうです。
前回も発注内容を変更したので、今回もお願いできませんか。

It is difficult for us to pay for the entire items at once since the delivered item quantity is too many with higher ordered amount.
Currently, are there any items which production is complete and ready for shipping? Items that can be shipped immediately can be paid right away.
As this request was made last time, could you please arrange it for us this time, too?

The reason is, that our finance is going down as our sales have been falling lately.
Can I revise the purchase order with 4 time separated payment?
We are afraid but we will not afford the entire items at one time since there are so many numbers of deliveries of goods out there and the purchase cost will be very high for us.
Are there any items that are done with the production and are ready to be shipped? Currently, we are able to pay for the items that are already ready to be shipped.
