・これまでペンディングになっていたSAPの組織の見直しが、今回実行されることは評価したい。特に、日本の体制がきちんと整備されることを、強く期待している。
・SAPのERPは、ようやく日本の会計基準に適合するように修正され、NECにおいて次第にその機能を発揮している。このことは、大変有難く思っている。
・鈴木さんがNECに導入したSAPのERPが、今後ともNECグループにおいてより広範囲に利用されていくよう頑張りたいと考えている。

I just talked with Mr. Yamada of NEC in my office.
- It is good that SAP organization review which had been pending will be conducted this time. Especially, I really hope system in Japan will be organized properly.
- EPR of SAP was finally corrected to comply with accounting standard in Japan, and it is gradually functioning at NEC.
- I hope to work on EPR of SAP installed at NEC by Mr. Suzuki to be widely used among NEC group in the future.

• I would like to evaluate that review of the organization of SAP which had been pending until now will be executed this time. In particular, I strongly expect that the system of Japan will be properly straightened.
• ERP of SAP is finally revised to suit to Japanese accounting standards and gradually demonstrates its function at NEC. I am very thankful for this.
• I would like to work hard so that ERP of SAP introduced to NEC by Mr. Suzuki will be utilized more widely in the NEC Group in the future.

One is assessment of possibility for wider use of ERP among the group company overseas making NEC EMEA as a pilot case.
Second one is linking financial data generated by ERP or risk information with accounting system and its assessment of possibility for their efficient application to management information .

- Currently at NED, they work on two challenges to promote ERP's globalization: First, they are investigating the possibility of expanding ERP usage at their overseas group companies by using NEC EMEA as a pilot case; Second is their investigation to seek for the possibility of connection to the accounting system of financial data and risk information generated via ERP, as well as their efficient development to the management information.

- Under the new structure, I bet SAP members will be reorganized too. In order to sustain a good NEC-SAP relationship we have built so far, I expect Mr. Suzuki to attain further achievement for his role than ever.
