仕様が変わってそのようになったみたいです。
そこで、一旦請求書の内容で支払ってもらって、
ペイパルで残りを返金させてもらえないでしょうか？
お客様がお支払いするのは間違いなく送料込みで＄９５０になるようにします。

I have tried it various ways though, it seems to be reduced only shipping cost on eBay.
It is said that it became so as specification has changed.
Then, could you please pay the bill as it is then, the rest of the refund will be made by PayPal?
