Taro is waiting for his father in front of the Sandwich Café and is tempted by hunger and the cute waitress Hanako to go in for a sandwich. Inside the Café he is greeted by Tanaka, a pretty boy who forces him to intimately listen to his music, while the waitress looks at them hungrily.
But the intimate listening session runs short when Tanaka`s last night date Megumi shows up and starts screaming for attention. Forcing Tanaka to hide behind Tim with a cucumber in one hand and the other hand on Tim`s ass. This sight makes Hanako`s nose explode and makes her faint.

When Hanako finds Taro`s letter, he explains to the café crew he is waiting for his father, which melts the heart of all the Café people and awakens their instincts to help Taro in his quest. Tanaka even sacrifices himself to save Taro from Megumi.
Tanaka`s sacrifice to save Taro in Episode 01 needs to be paid and he takes Megumi home to do chores for her. Taro and the café crew find Tanaka`s mp3 player, which he forgot, and together they listen to his horrible music and make fun of him.
When everybody goes back inside the café, Taro stays outside in the rain. Tim asks Taro to come inside to shelter from the rain and takes care of him.
Hanako observes in her Boys Love vision and sees Tim taking care of Taro in a different way.
While doing chores for Megumi, Tanaka is confronted with Megumi`s white panties and finds a photobook which showcases a sad youth for Megumi.
Taro is in front of the café again, this time with a broken belt. Tanaka broke the circle with Megumi and is finally free, but Tim accidently gives Tanaka an idea to get back at her and Megumi eagerly takes the opportunity. This sparks a war of the sexes and outsmarting between Tanaka and Megumi; A battle for who is the kindest person between the two.
May gets the idea to create an event around Taro trying to find his dad to get more customers to the café.
Tim is determined to hire Taro to become his sensei and has a private talk with the boy to offer him a job.
But when Tim wants to convince the kid he could be a great sensei by fixing his belt, he makes Taro`s pants drop to his knees. This sparks a boys love overload in the observing Mayo, making her nose explode all over May`s laptop.
Tim gets a second change with Taro, when Tanaka talk to Taro in his defense, revealing a secret from his own past to the kid. Tom presents Taro a flyer for May`s event dedicated to Taro finding his father. Taro agrees to come.
It is the day before the event and Taro needs a nice set of clothes for the event. The boys take Taro for suit shopping. Hanako follows them to have a peak at the boys while they undress themselves. This triggers a flashback all the way back to her first Boys love experience, of how she became a fujoshi.
Tanaka asks Megumi for a favor and Megumi will do it if he will do chores for her later that day.
In the meantime May tries to talk to Megumi, but gets nothing but silence. Until she mentions Tanaka, which opens a floodgate of fast talking rambling from Megumi, she regrets opening.
After Taro is all dressed up, the BLT boys accidentally spill water on Taro`s pants in a water bottle accident.
When Hanako snaps out of her flashback, she witnesses a real life BL scene, similar to her flashback, happening right in front of her eyes. Hanako faints.
Tanaka walks Megumi home and does chores for her, so he can look at her white panties again.
It is the day of the event. The boys go out to pick up Taro`s suit for the evening and leave Hanako, May and Megumi in charge of the café.
May and Hanako have a big verbal fight when May notices her computer is frozen by Hanako`s blood and the distribution of the event flyers and the event notifications on social media were not uploaded.
Megumi breaks the tension between the two by being louder than they are and betraying them to be in love with the BLT boys.
Megumi tells the girls she fixed the visitors situation and she leaves the girls alone.
May asks Mayo how her BL fantasies work and Hanako takes her on a fantastic BL fantasy trip of the BLT boys trying on suits and dressing up Taro, in full BL glory.
After the fantasy has faded, the café is still empty and Hanako falls asleep. May goes to the backroom. Mr Sato is alone in the cafe.
The café is full of people because of Megumi. Good at first, but soon May cannot keep control of the amount of people and even loses a box of alcohol by placing it in front of regular customer Mr. Sato. Mayu desperately asks Megumi for her help. Megumi screams the people to attention and put them under May`s command.
When the boys show up, Taro freaks out because of all the people. May talks to him and tells him he should be open to have people help him, like she let Megumi help her.
But the panic just got started when there is no band to take the stage and Tanaka is forced to sing. Tanaka chokes at first and runs off stage, making way for a drunk Mr. Sato to hit the stage and expose himself as Vato Sato; a skilled Mexican-Japanese rockstar performer. After Vato Sato goes too far, starts stripping and is forced off the stage, the old man forces Tanaka to take the stage. Tanaka uses all his courage and sings his heart out, but he is terrible in singing.
When the people all start laughing at him, Taro runs to the stage and starts singing his heart out as well, sounding even more terrible than Tanaka. This sparks everybody to sing along and a sing along party explodes in the café.
Taro takes the job offer from Tom. Mayo suggests to Taro not to wait, but to look for his father. Megumi exposes that she sabotaged May`s flyers and social media notifications in order to invite all her own people to come see Tanaka play, because she is in love with him. Tanaka is so moved he kisses her.
