今日、郵便局から連絡がありました。
商品が届かなかったのは破損したからではなく、必要な書面を紛失した為にお届けできなかったようです。
明日、私のところに送ったEMX-1が戻ってきます。
もう一度、商品を検品し異常がなければ明日発送致します。
発送後、すぐに連絡致しますのでもうしばらくお待ちください。
まだ何も連絡はありません。
追跡番号から何度か確認していますが、荷物はまだイタリアで保管されているようです。
何か進展があればご連絡いたします。

The item did not arrive, not because it was broken, but because a required document was lost.
The EMX-1, which I shipped out, will be returned to me tomorrow.
I will check it again and will ship it tomorrow if it is free from any abnormality.

I haven't heard anything yet.
I've checked the status using the tracking number and it looks like the parcel is still stored in Italy.

The reason the item was not delivered seems not to have been that the item was damaged but that the necessary documents were lost.
EMX-1 which was sent back to me will return tomorrow.
