今日、郵便局から連絡がありました。
商品が届かなかったのは破損したからではなく、必要な書面を紛失した為にお届けできなかったようです。
明日、私のところに送ったEMX-1が戻ってきます。
もう一度、商品を検品し異常がなければ明日発送致します。
発送後、すぐに連絡致しますのでもうしばらくお待ちください。

まだ何も連絡はありません。
追跡番号から何度か確認していますが、荷物はまだイタリアで保管されているようです。
何か進展があればご連絡いたします。

I heard back from the post office today.
The reason of non-delivery was due to the required document being lost but not because of a damage.
EMX-1 which was sent to me will be returned to me tomorrow.
I will inspect the item once again, and if every thing seems okay, I will ship it tomorrow.
After shipment is complete i will get back to you. Your patience is appreciated.

I have heard back no news as of yet.
I have been trying to confirm with the tracking number, but the item seems to be kept in Italy as of now.
I will keep you posted if any.
