On May 14, there was an e-mail saying that the refund has been completed, but the refund money hasn't been updated on my credit card.

The point is not the reimbursement of the returning postage but the refund of the good price itself (€74.99).
You E-mail informed that the reimbursement was completed on 14th of May, but the said remittance has not yet been credited on my end. When will it be reflected in my credit account ?
