Additional info: 海外のスニーカーショップで購入した商品(不良品)を返品した際の返金に関してのやり取りです。
こちらからの返品送料の返金はあったのですが、肝心な商品の返金がされていない状態です。
一旦今回の依頼の内容を送ったのですが、先方ははこちらからの返品送料の返金の話と勘違いしているようです。

返品送料の返金ではなく、商品自体(£74.99)の返金の話です。
5月14日に返金完了の連絡がメールで来たのですが、未だにクレジットカードに返金が反映されていません。
いつ反映されるのでしょうか？

The point is not the reimbursement of the returning postage but the refund of the good price itself (€74.99).
You E-mail informed that the reimbursement was completed on 14th of May, but the said remittance has not yet been credited on my end. When will it be reflected in my credit account ?
