私は、ケースパックで注文したつもりです。
しかし、インボイスを見ると単品で発送されているようです。
4月からはケースパックでの販売になると聞いていたのですが、まだ、単品での注文も受け付けてくれるのでしょうか？
また、もしそれが可能なら下記の商品を注文したいのですが、OKですか？
これらはケースパックでの注文なら受け付けてくれますか？
私達が注文出来る商品のリストと在庫表などをもらえますか？

I thought I bought it as a case package.
However from what I can see on the invoice, it seems to have been shipped as a single item.
I heard that the item will be sold as a case package as of April, but is it still possible for you to accept orders for single item?
And if it is possible, may I order the below items?
Or do you only accept orders of these as a case package?
Could you provide a list indicating what we can order and its stock?

I meant to order by case pack.
However, by looking at the invoice, It seems it was shipped as single item.
