It was shipped by air mail. This usually takes 2 to 4 weeks to arrive.
After we sent the item, it is under the control of the shipping company.
(There are cases in which the item arrives later than expected arrival date due to situations of the air mail or inspections on traffic conditions/customs)
If it has been more than 1 week since the arrival deadline and the item has not arrived, we will consider a refund.
We will try our best to solve problems to satisfy our valued customers.

If they have not been delivered to you yet, please ket us know.
We shipped them by air freight. It is usually delivered in two to four weeks.
After the shipment, the delivery agency will manage the item.
[Depending on the circumstances of the air freight, the traffic load and the custom inspection, the delivery may be made later then scheduled.]
In case that the item would not be delivered more than one week later than the due date of the delivery, we will plan some countermeasure such as issuing a refund.
We will do our best to solve the issue in order to make customers satisfied.
