ＫさんとＳさんの分をおねがいしますと本社から連絡がありましたので、おねがいします。
念の為、お二人のフルネームと役職を以下に記します。
実際の出展社証は自体は事前に、貰って東京本社に郵送することはできますか？
私の記憶だと、事前登録するとバーコードが付与されて、確かそれを会場の受付で渡すと出展社証を印刷しれくれるという手順だったと思いますが、私の記憶間違っていますか？

Regarding the registration at the business meeting in NY and the prior arrangement of the exhibitor's certificate (badge), HQ wants to prepare one each for K and S, thanks in advance.
